Ellocart reserves the right to take the legal proceedings if any of its seller furnish fake documents and attempt any kind of malpractice in terms of trade and any other service in relation to the Ellocart.
The inclusion of any products or services on the site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
By placing order with us, you are (i) offering to purchase, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorised user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.
Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
In the case where the buyer receives the defective product the buyer can return the product with all the brand name tags intact to the respective product. Only upon which the amount of such defective product will be credited back to the buyer account within 7 working days.
Subscriptions can be done only from the seller’s end.
Ellocart payment allows buyer and sellers to use various forms of payments on Ellocart.com and Ellocart mobile apps and other services. Ellocart payments users can
pay with and accept payment by credit card, debit card, some bank transfer and other authorized third party payment apps.
Every buyer who install the Ellocart for the first time will be gifted with Rs. 1000/- in their respective Ellocart wallets.
The buyers can redeem only Rs. 50/- to the maximum on a single order out the gifted Rs. 1000/- by Ellocart.
Due to ongoing pandemic of Covid 19 Ellocart delivery executives will follow the protocol of contact less delivery.
The Ellocart Delivery executives will abide with the complete hygiene and social distancing protocol as per the guidelines given by the Govt of India.
Ellocart is committed to providing superior quality services to Users and Retailers. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service for the Retailers, Users are expected to make a best effort to arrive at the store to pick up their items. Users are able contact the Retailer informing them that they are no longer able to pick up the item or request refunds on orders, however, Ellocart reserves the right to limit future order participation based on repeated failure to appear at the Retailer by a User.
Coupons: A User may utilize a “coupon” to receive a discounted rate on a product or service offered by Ellocart. Coupons are created by Retailers or Brands. Retailers or Brands dictate the usage of the Coupon and reserve the right to make changes at any time. Coupons are not redeemable for Cash. For more information on terms and conditions to specific Coupons, please contact the Brand or Retailer offering the Coupon.
We may send you communications from us electronically, whether by e-mail or similar electronic means. You agree that any such electronic communications are considered to be communications in writing.
All content included on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, as well as the compilation of the website content, is the property of Ellocart or its vendor partners, media partners, retail partners or other business partners and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Ellocart graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Ellocart in the India and/or other countries. These trademarks and trade dress may not be used in any manner prohibited by law or prohibited by Ellocart, including but not limited to any manner likely to cause confusion among customers or to disparage or discredit Ellocart. There may be other trademarks not owned by Ellocart appearing on the website. Those trademarks are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with Ellocart.
Ellocart grants you a limited license to use its websites for business use only. You may not copy or reproduce the website, or any portion of it, without Ellocart’s express written consent.
